*Postage prices are at the current rate ($0.57 first class mail (2022 postage rate)), any bulk rate price reductions are passed on to you based on the quality of the address lines and quantities (500 minimum), based on anticipated savings from address correcting, barcoding and postal rate reduction strategies. For Professional Automation Services, companies can better manage customer engagements with the use of PSA services.
All prices include 1 employer copy of W2s in a format of your choosing: 4–on or 2–on. Additional hard copies for the state, local, or another filing will be at a cost of $.09 per page of output. Pricing includes access to the website for re-prints (local and at our facilities), corrections, reports, listings, and detailed reports. There are no setup fees!
- 1 – 5,000 single EIN (payer) $0.50/each
- 5,001 – 10,000 single EIN $0.45/each
- 10,001 – 25,000 single EIN $0.42/each

Quantities in excess of 100,000 W2 forms include as part of the pricing:
- Federal magnetic media reporting
- Up to 5 (five) states of magnetic media reporting and 3 (three) localities
Our unique system allows you to modify and adjust your W2/1099/ACA form information via the internet right from your desktop. You will be able to modify address content, correct wage data, and request reprints – all of these capabilities are available through our online system and at no extra charge. Reprints and mailing of replacement/corrected W2s will be at a cost of $1.00 for each form (after 250 reprints), from our facilities. No charge when you print locally.
Magnetic Media Reporting, Pricing Applies to W2 or 1099 Forms
- First EIN – federal reporting $470.00
- Additional EINs $275.00/each (over 10 EINs call for special pricing)
State reporting per state per EIN $125.00/each state-EIN combination
